The Unstoppable Female Academy Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully. By purchasing any product or program (the "Program") from Unstoppable Female (Belberrie Studios by Tania Tubío, "Company," "we," "us"), you ("Client," "you") agree to the terms below.
1. The Program
We provide online course content and coaching designed to support Clients in building habits, confidence, and self-trust so they can work toward the life and goals they want. You agree to follow the policies in this Agreement as a condition of participating.
2. Disclaimer — Not a Substitute for Licensed Services
Tania Tubío and Unstoppable Female are not acting as a lawyer, doctor, registered dietitian, financial advisor, accountant, therapist, or psychotherapist. Coaching provided through this Program does not treat, diagnose, or provide therapy for any illness, disease, or mental health condition. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please consult a licensed physician, psychotherapist, or other qualified professional — coaching is not a replacement for that care.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Client understands that Company does not promise or guarantee:
Specific life, business, financial, or personal results or achievements.
Ongoing 1:1 consultation on future decisions beyond what is explicitly included in the purchased Program.
Media exposure, publicity, features, or promotion for the Client.
Results depend on individual effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. Testimonials and examples shown reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of similar results for you.
4. Payment
We accept payment via Stripe and PayPal. If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the scheduled charges to your chosen payment method. If a payment plan is not completed, we reserve the right to pursue the outstanding balance through standard collection processes permitted under Austrian law.
5. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer purchasing from within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this purchase within 14 days of purchase, without giving a reason, under EU consumer protection law (implemented in Austria via the FAGG).
To request a withdrawal, email hello@unstoppablefemale.co within 14 days of purchase.
Immediate access and loss of withdrawal right: If the Program includes digital content (course videos, PDFs, workbooks) delivered immediately upon purchase, your right of withdrawal ends once you begin accessing that content — but only if you have explicitly and separately confirmed, at the time of purchase, that (a) you want access to begin immediately, and (b) you understand this means you lose your 14-day withdrawal right once access begins.
If you have not been asked to confirm this at checkout, the standard 14-day withdrawal right applies regardless of what this document says.
6. Refund Policy Beyond the 14-Day Window
Outside the 14-day withdrawal period described above, all sales are final. We encourage you to review the Program description carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing.
7. Confidentiality (Mutual)
Company and Client agree to keep confidential any personal or sensitive information shared during the Program — including in group discussions, coaching calls, or community spaces. Neither party will disclose the other's confidential information to third parties without consent, except where required by law.
This does not restrict your right to describe your own honest experience with the Program publicly (see Section 8).
8. Honest Feedback and Reviews
Nothing in this Agreement restricts your right to leave an honest public review or share your genuine experience of the Program, including critical feedback. We simply ask that you not disclose other participants' private information or confidential program materials in doing so.
9. Client Responsibility
This Program is provided for educational and developmental purposes. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results. Company makes no warranties, express or implied, about specific outcomes. As with any personal development or educational program, results vary significantly between individuals.
10. Use of Testimonials and Recordings
If you participate in recorded calls, provide a testimonial, or otherwise contribute content that Company would like to use for marketing (e.g., on the website, social media, or in future materials), we will ask for your separate, specific consent before doing so, and you may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing hello@unstoppablefemale.co. We will not use your name, image, or likeness in marketing without this consent.
11. Intellectual Property
All Program materials (videos, workbooks, written content, frameworks) are the copyrighted property of Unstoppable Female / Tania Tubío, provided to you for personal, individual use only. You may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Austrian law, Company's liability for damages arising from your participation in the Program is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence. Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under Austrian law.
13. Independent Relationship
Nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, employment relationship, or joint venture between Client and Company.
14. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, war, government action).
15. Termination
Company may suspend or terminate a Client's access to the Program if the Client seriously violates Program guidelines (e.g., harassment of other participants, sharing copyrighted materials without permission). In the event of termination for cause, Client remains responsible for payments due for services already delivered, but not for future installments covering services no longer provided.
16. Modifications
Company may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our website and communicated to active Clients by email.
17. Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement is governed by Austrian law. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected by this clause, and you retain the right to bring a claim in the courts of your own country of residence, as provided under EU consumer protection law.
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
18. Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
19. No Earnings Guarantee
Any mention of potential outcomes, income, or success in our marketing materials reflects our honest opinion and the experience of specific individuals — it is not a guarantee of similar results for you. Your results depend on your effort, circumstances, market conditions, and factors outside our control.
