  • Payment-related information, when you purchase a course or program. We do not collect or store your credit card number ourselves, this is collected and processed directly by our payment processors, Stripe and PayPal (see below).

  • Website usage data, collected automatically: pages visited, time spent on the site, browser type, approximate location (via IP address), and referral source.

  • Cookies, used for site functionality and analytics (see Cookies section below).

Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)

  • To provide the service you've requested — deliver a purchased course, respond to an inquiry, manage your account (legal basis: contract).

  • To send you marketing emails, newsletters, or updates about Unstoppable Female — only if you've opted in (legal basis: consent). You can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing or emailing us.

  • To understand how visitors use our site, so we can improve it (legal basis: legitimate interest).

  • To comply with legal or tax obligations, such as retaining invoices (legal basis: legal obligation).

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your personal data. We share data only with the service providers who help us run our business, listed below. Where these providers are based outside the EU/EEA (notably the United States), transfers are made under their own GDPR-compliant safeguards (typically Standard Contractual Clauses).

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Customer and payment records are kept for as long as required under Austrian tax and commercial law (generally 7 years).

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, and rely on our providers' (Squarespace, Stripe, PayPal, ConvertKit, Google) own security standards for the parts of processing they handle. All payment transactions are encrypted. No online transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
